Conference Fee
The conference fee includes: participation in the scientific sessions, congress kit, certificate of attendance, CME certificate (for eligible participants), welcome coffee, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks and light lunches.
Important notes
- All fees reported are included VAT
- If you choose Credit Card payment, you will have a 3,5% price increase due to bank commissions
- If you choose PayPal you will have a price increase due to PayPal commission which can vary from 3.40% to 5.44% depending on your country
- On-site registrations will only be possible with credit card payment
Cancellation policy
- Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to info@florencecardiomyopathies2026.com
- Up to July 27th, 2026: 40% of the registration fee will be charged
- From July 28th, 2026 to August 31st, 2026: 70% of the registration fee will be charged
- From September 1st, 2026 onwards: No refund will be processed
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
